Shipping
We pride ourselves with our quick turnaround and do our absolute best to have orders processed and shipped within 0-2 business days.
Items are shipped using several different methods:
FREE SHIPPING: All purchases over $199 ship for free through Canada Post Expedited shipping or UPS, if your order contains only singles. Sealed product does not qualify for free shipping (excluding individual booster packs, which still do). Purchases that qualify for free shipping will include tracking and insurance.
LETTERMAIL SHIPPING: Items are shipped through Canada Post. As this method does not include tracking or insurance, Mythic Cardz assumes no responsibility for items lost during transit.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Items are shipped through Canada Post or UPS and include tracking and insurance.
- Customers can expect to receive a shipping update e-mail once their order has been shipped. If applicable, this e-mail will include a tracking number. Please note that order changes (Products, address etc..) cannot be made once the shipping e-mail has been sent.
- Mythic Cardz is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information inputted by the customer. Should an order be undeliverable due to these circumstances, we will assume no responsibility for loss or charges incurred by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes associated with their order.
- Mythic Cardz is not responsible for missing parcels with tracking that are marked ‘DELIVERED’.
- If items have been shipped to a third party courier/forwarding service, Mythic Cardz assumes no responsibility for any charges, damage or additional problems that may arise.
- Should an item/parcel arrived damaged, please contact info@mythiccardz.ca right away with your order number, description of the damage and photos of the damage. Please note that items with superficial damage that does not affect the inside product will not qualify for an exchange or discount. Please see our return policy for additional information.
